How It Works: Drop one bath fizzie under running faucet as you fill tub with warm water, enough for a sitz bath, about 3 inches. Be mindful of water temperature, luke-warm or warm, not hot. Water activates fizzing sensation and releases aromatic essential oils and healing herbs into the bath to nourish your skin and soothe tender areas. ** Pregnant women should check with physician before using any products. ** Oils may make tub and skin slippery. Use extreme caution when standing and exiting the tub. **
