Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. 

Returned items must be in their original container with packaging intact. 

Please note that custom orders and gift cards cannot be returned. 

Return Process + Shipping

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or directly at (832) 328-6704 to request a return authorization. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you. 

  2. Package your items securely and affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box. 

  3. Drop off your package at USPS for shipment. 

Refunds + Processing Time

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will quickly resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund, including covering all return shipping costs.
