Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Naturally Inspired Scents. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our order processing and shipping policies.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. From time to time, especially during peak shopping times, we may experience a high volume of orders. Shipments may be delayed a couple days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Options: Shipping charges and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive an email to confirm shipment details including tracking number and estimated delivery timeframe.
Damaged & Lost Packages: While we are not responsible for items damaged or lost by carrier in transit, we do take pride in doing right by our customers. Please retain packaging materials and contact us with any shipment issues. We will assist with replacement of product or filing a claim with the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Address or Returns
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
